Not all developments,
particularly large scale
proposals, will get planning
permission immediately.
There is sometimes a need to
develop a medium to long term
strategy. Development plans
must be reviewed regularly by
Local Authorities in consultation
with the public. This provides
an opportunity to seek an
allocation for
development within the
Local Plan and to
manipulate, change and
introduce policies that
will assist in achieving
planning permission in
future.
Our Town Planning team has
considerable expertise in
promoting developments and
influencing policy change
through the Development Plan
process. We also have the
skills to master plan large sites
which can assist in
persuading the Local
Authority to accept a particular
development opportunity.
