PERSONAL PROFILE
Stephen joined West Waddy ADP in 1998. He was promoted to an Associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2005. He is responsible for the delivery of architectural projects from inception to completion throughout the practice.
Stephen possesses strong design skills and is an able motivator and team leader. He is a results orientated architect and understands the importance of deadlines, budgets and fulfilling each clients’ brief, in order to successfully deliver the projects that he manages for West Waddy ADP.
Stephen has extensive experience in the role of Project Architect delivering projects of all scales, including alteration and refurbishment projects and new build schemes, with project values ranging from £50,000 up to in excess of £2 million.
Stephen has been actively involved in much of the rural diversification work undertaken by West Waddy ADP in recent years including the conversion of the listed Lockinge Conservation Design Award by the Vale of White Horse District Council in 2000. Recent commissions that Stephen has managed have included the development of listed buildings within the curtilage of the Scheduled Ancient Monument at Ruisilp Manor Farm for the London Borough of Hillingdon; conversion works to the former Cowyards farm buildings within the grounds of Blenheim Palace; and a series of projects for Radley College and Josca’s Preparatory School near Abingdon.
