The practice competed with a variety of other firms before being awarded the contract which starts with immediate effect. In particular, the firm’s town planning expertise was crucial in securing the Framework agreement. Already the practice is working on the preliminary stages of a long term master plan looking at the long term future of the Headington and Wheatley Park campuses.

The practice has been appointed to undertake all planning negotiations and planning applications for all new developments at the university throughout this period.

John Ashton, planning partner comments: “We are delighted to have been selected as Framework Consultants for Oxford Brookes University. With our extensive knowledge within this sector we are confident of delivering a first class project and hope to continue our work with the university for years to come.”
