Working with community groups poses a particular challenge requiring us to act as facilitator and co-ordinator; often between numerous different community groups and building users.

West Waddy ADP skills at listening and developing a clear concise brief out of the often conflicting requirements of the building users has enabled us to complete a number of successful community buildings such as village halls and community centres.

Our work in the community sector often overlaps with other building types including offices, leisure and sport facilities.
