Statement: Whether a contemporary or traditional design, we aim to maximize a clients return

Commercial architecture requires an understanding of the marketplace and the economics of development. At West Waddy ADP we appreciate the importance of both and strive to create responsive, workable designs that are viable in all respects. Offices, shops, warehouse units and factories all feature in the work of the practice. Our pragmatic design approach allows us to tailor each design to our client’s specific requirements. Where the site and brief demand it, a high tech design might provide the solution. However we are equally at home working with traditional materials such as brick and timber.

Whatever the style of development, our commercial projects seek to obtain the maximum return for our clients commensurate with creating sustainable architecture.
